How many delegates?
Each condominium may be represented at the meeting that right without limitations. Therefore, anyone, even a stranger to the condominium and even the administrator can be the bearer of the delegation as may be infinite number of powers granted to one person. The case law (Court of Cassation, Judgement No. 5315/1998) admits in general that can regulate the legal discipline Institute of proxies, or by limiting the number of those, but one may be a carrier, and prevents people from being delegated. The same thing is not possible if it is a regulation approved by a simple majority (shareholders).
Please note, however, that the delegate can not delegate them to turn to others, unless authorized by the person who gave the delegation, because the relationship between the delegator and delegate and trust staff.
