Anche il Coordinamento giornalisti precari e freelance del Friuli Venezia Giulia ha partecipato alla manifestazione-presidio contro la legge bavaglio, tenutasi giovedì 1 luglio a Trieste , in Piazza dell'Unità d'Italia: in un intervento al microfono e in un volantino sono state denunciate le insostenibili condizioni in cui sono costretti a lavorare migliaia di giornalisti freelance, che solitamente si vedono retribuire un servizio tra i 3 e i 10-15 euro, al lordo delle tasse, dei contribuiti e delle spese sostenute.
